What we collect, why, and on what basis

If you sign up or buy, your sign-up or order is linked to your visit record so we know which page or campaign brought you. We do not sell your data, show ads based on it, or use Meta Pixel or Google Analytics. We make no automated decisions about you.

Who processes data for us
- Stripe: payments. Stripe is also responsible for the card data you give it (Stripe privacy).
- Higgsfield and Cloudflare: the site runs on Higgsfield's website platform on Cloudflare (hosting, database, file storage).
- Resend: sends e-mails about orders and sign-ups.
- The AI service that makes personalised orders: named here before personalised orders open.
Some of them are in the United States. Transfers outside the EU/EEA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Sign-up contacts: until you ask us to remove them or withdraw your consent.
- Uploaded and finished files: as long as needed to make and deliver your order and to answer questions about it, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Visit statistics: as long as they are useful for running the site.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent, by writing to the e-mail shown above once published. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Spain that is the AEPD.
Children
The shop is for adults. Do not upload images of anyone under 18.
Please do not send
Passwords, card details or your private order link, through Instagram or anywhere else.
